Mount Hayat Hotel Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is displayed with every rate plan on our website, please check the policy before booking
1. General Policy:
Cancellations made 3 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 1 and 3 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of one night.
Cancellations made on the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Rates:
Bookings made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
3. No-Show Policy:
Guests who do not show up on the check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the booking.
4. Early Departure:
Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for unused nights.
5. Special Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), please contact us directly to discuss potential exceptions to the cancellation policy.
6. Group Bookings:
Different cancellation policies may apply for group bookings. Please refer to your group booking agreement for specific terms.
