We expect all of our guests to treat our facilities with respect. We ask that you use the amenities, facilities and services responsibly and adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in our terms and conditions. We also ask that you respect the other guests staying at our hotel.
Mount Hayat is not liable for any destruction or injuries that may occur during your stay at the hotel. We highly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance before their arrival. If you have any further questions about our terms and conditions, please don't hesitate to ask a team member.
We can take all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment. We also accept cash payments, subject to prior arrangements with a front desk staff member. All guests must pay at least 50% of their total stay fees upon check-in, with payment in full required before check-out.
We understand that sometimes guests can change their plans, and we are happy to accommodate modifications and cancellations when possible. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations; otherwise, we can apply a fee. If you have any questions about cancellations or modifications, please don't hesitate to ask a team member.
At Mount Hayat, our check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. If you plan on incoming after 5 pm, please notify us before so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We are happy to welcome children of all ages at Mount Hayat. An adult must come with all children under 12 at all times. We also ask that any noise be respected and that we take extra care for the safety of our youngest guests.
Accessing and using the Mount Hayat website is only for personal use. Any illegal activities while using our website, or any attempts to access confidential information, are strictly prohibited.
